- On-device app data (local): Your focus settings (noise type, volume, modulation), timer preferences, and similar app configuration may be stored locally on your device so the App can function and remember your preferences.
- Purchases / subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple’s App Store. We do not receive your full payment details (such as credit card numbers). Apple may provide us with information necessary to confirm an active subscription (e.g., subscription status or receipt validation results).
- Diagnostics: If you choose to share diagnostic data with Apple or with developers, we may receive limited crash/diagnostic information to improve stability and performance.
3) Information we do not collect
- No account registration data is required (no username/password).
- No precise location data is collected by the App.
- No contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or camera content are collected by the App for its core functionality.
- No advertising profile is created.
4) Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
We process information for the following purposes:
- Provide and operate the App (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract / providing the service).
- Remember your preferences on your device (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests in providing a smooth user experience).

5) Sharing of information
We share information only as needed to run the App:
- Apple (App Store / StoreKit): purchases, subscription status, and related services.

6) International transfers
